    In-house mould design and manufacture. Tooling lead time 15–45 days, with structural optimisation before steel is cut.

    Moulding

    Multiple machines covering small precise parts through mid-size products. Food-grade PP, ABS and TPU in routine production.

    Surface

    Silkscreen, heat transfer, UV printing and water transfer in-house — logo and artwork applied on the same site as moulding.
